When will the Community Center open?
Troy Community Center will open the Fitness Center beginning Thursday, September 10.
Fitness Center Hours:
- Mon–Fri: 5 am–8 pm
- Sat–Sun: 8 am–3 pm
Administration Hours:
- Mon–Wed: 8 am–4:30 pm
- Thu–Sun: CLOSED
We are only allowing members to use the Fitness Center at this time to assist in contact tracing. Day passes will not be available. New memberships may be purchased at the Front Desk with credit card only.

What COVID-19 safety precautions are you taking?
Cough shields, floor markers, and generously spaced out equipment are just a few of our changes. We also have a strict new cleaning schedule to sanitize equipment. Masks are required at all times in the fitness area and lobby. Hand sanitizer is widely available. Room capacity has been restricted according to state guidelines. Most doors are hands free or enter/exit only. Most hallways are one way traffic only.
How do I make a pool or gym reservation?
Time slots are available for Lap Pool and Therapy Pool. You must be a member of the Troy Community Center to reserve a time slot. For complete instructions on how to make reservations, click here.
Basketball, badminton, and pickleball are cancelled until further notice as of 11/17/20.
Why are the hours of operation being reduced?
Hours of operation are being reduced to allow for additional cleaning.
Why is the Fitness Passport no longer available?
Due to group size restrictions for indoor gatherings and loss of fitness class instructors, we do not have this pass option available at this time. Any former Fitness Passport memberships will automatically be reduced in price to a Recreation Pass. Due to the unpredictability of COVID-19, any future fitness classes will be a la carte and will require registration to allow for contact tracing.
Can I reserve a room at the Community Center?
When will the DMC Physical Therapy office open?
DMC Physical Therapy will open on Monday, September 21 for limited hours. More hours will be added in the weeks to come. Call Ann at 313.745.3380 to make an appointment.
What if I had a TFAC Membership?
All TFAC memberships were refunded in full.
What if I paid for my annual TCC membership up front in January?
Those who paid in full for the year will have their expiration date extended the amount of time we were closed. There will be no penalty for the closure.
Can I borrow an item from the Loan Closet?
The Loan Closet is closed until further notice.
