COVID-19

It’s with sadness and disappointment that the Troy Recreation Department announces that the Troy Family Aquatic Center will not open this season and many programs and activities are cancelled this summer. This has been an extremely difficult decision for us, but our first priority is always the safety of our staff and patrons. These decisions have not been made easily and we have taken into account industry best practices from our state and national peers, along with CDC guidelines.

Please visit the Program Status page to see which programs and services are cancelled.

We want to provide you the most up to date information on our services and facilities during this time, so please take the time to explore these pages on everything that we're doing in response to COVID-19. If you are still not finding the information you need, please email us at parksandreconline@troymi.gov while we are still working remotely.

At this moment, we are working on pivoting our programming and providing the best recreation experience we can for our residents. Starting May 26, we will be rolling out new and modified virtual programs (including camps), virtual social hours, and more. We believe that recreation has a positive impact on building strong, active, and healthy communities and aim to provide that the best way we can right now. We will continue to plan for the future and adapt to the ever-changing environment to offer you safe, memorable programs.
