How to Pay Old Balances Online

Per department policy, participants cannot register for future events until old balances are paid. Follow these steps to pay your balance online. 

1. Click the orange "LOG IN" button in the upper right corner of this screen if you are viewing on a desktop. Visit rec.troymi.gov/login if you are on a mobile device.
2. Once you are logged in, click "My Account" in the teal menu bar. 
3. Click "Pay Old Balances" in the middle column. 
4. Search for transactions by date and follow the prompts to pay balances.
