2024 Summer Hiring Fairs

Work at Troy Rec this Summer! 
We're holding several Hiring Fairs in preparation for our summer season. Stop in and get to know supervisors, learn more about the positions, and interview for the job on the same day. We'll help you apply for the job on the spot or you can apply online ahead of time. No registration required! These Hiring Fairs are walk-in friendly. Light refreshments will be provided. See dates below.

We'll be holding same-day interviews for the following positions:

• Lifeguards (indoor and outdoor)
• Swim Instructors
• Assistant Pool Managers
• Cashiers/Pool Attendant
• Harvey's Hut Cashier
• Harvey's Hut Assistant Manager
• Day Camp Leaders
• Day Camp Coordinators
• Safety Town Coordinators
• Safety Town Instructor

All Hiring Fairs will take place in the Banquet Center of Troy Community Center. 

• Thursday, March 14: 2–4 pm
• Thursday, March 21: 2–4 pm
• Saturday, March 23: 10 am–1 pm
• Thursday, March 28: 2–4 pm
• Thursday, April 4: 2–4 pm
• Thursday, April 11: 2–4 pm
• Saturday, April 13: 10 am–1 pm
• Thursday, April 18: 2–4 pm
• Thursday, April 25: 2–4 pm
