Attention Members: Update Your Billing by Nov 30, 2023
October 20, 2023
Attention Monthly TCC Fitness Members: Troy Recreation Department has implemented a new third-party service provider (PayTrac) for credit card billing. To transition out of the old system, all monthly members are required to update their credit card information by Thursday, November 30, even if you are you planning to use the same credit card. This will ensure that your credit card remains associated with your membership on December 1, 2023.
You may update your billing in person Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm at the Front Desk of Troy Community Center or you can follow the below steps online. You can also switch to ACH billing (from your checking account) with these steps.
If you do not update your credit card information by November 30, your billing will be declined on December 1 because you will have no credit card associated with your membership. If your billing is declined twice, you will be charged a $35 non-sufficient fee and your membership will be suspended until that balance is paid.
Unfortunately, we cannot automatically update your billing information for you. We appreciate you taking the time to help us through this transition. As a token of appreciation and incentive to update your billing early, we are offering one free guest pass to all members who update billing by Wednesday, November 15. Stop at the Front Desk the next time you visit to verify that your billing has been updated and receive your guest pass.
Thank you again for your cooperation. Please contact us at parksandreconline@troymi.gov if you have any questions or call 248.524.3484 during business hours.
