Aerobics

Increase capacity to burn fat, gain cardiovascular conditioning, enhance muscle strength, & tone in a fun, non-competitive atmosphere. Low intensity aerobics will be followed by muscle conditioning, a thorough stretching, & a relaxing cool down.
