A combination of cardio and strength to get your heart pumping and your body moving! We use a fitness ball and work our core for the entire class. You’ll develop a strong, lean, and toned body while focusing on balance and stability. You'll gain awareness of the abdominals, obliques, glutes, & lower back muscles.

Intermediate to advanced level class includes step aerobics w/muscle conditioning. Be prepared to step into an intense cardio and muscle workout.

A full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance w/ constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, strength movements, plyometrics, & isometric poses. Through continual upper body motion using our lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, you’ll turn into a calorie-torching drummer, POUNDing off pounds as each song flies by!

Improve your cardiovascular conditioning and increase muscle strength. Great workout w/out complicated choreography. Steps provided.

It will be easy fitting a great workout into your day with this calorie and fat burning 30 minute class! A Tabata is an interval training program of 20 seconds high energy work and 10 seconds of recovery in four-minute sets. High intensity intervals are a great way to burn fat, strengthen your total body, and get a cardio workout all in one.
