This 75-minute class is a combination of 45 minutesof cycle and 30 minutes sculpt.
MEETS: Sundays, 9:15–10:30 am

This stationary bike class will motivate you with an incredible and energizing cardio workout, which will send fat burning and endurance into high gear. Intermediate to advanced.
MEETS: M/W/F, 6–6:55 am with Mary/Josh/varies
Saturdays, 8:15–9:10 am with Marilyn

Take a break from your day and re-energize with this 45-minute cardio workout. This class is guaranteed to get the fat burning and your heart pumping. Intermediate to advanced.
MEETS: Mondays, 12:15–1:15 pm with Ilene
