Blended Yoga

Blended Yoga is a class that will use your own body weight to tone your whole body while incorporating the same moves of Pilates and yoga. Blended Yoga is set to motivating upbeat music. You will burn calories, improve flexibility and gain strength. We will end class with Savasana (relaxation pose). This is an all levels class. Please bring a mat and water bottle to class.

Gentle YogaRegistration required for this class, fees vary per session
Has limited movement kept you from enjoying the healing benefits of yoga? Try this “easy-does-it” approach to traditional Hatha Yoga, with each person working to their own needs and abilities. We will do gentle stretching to gain strength & flexibility, and learn breathing techniques to both energize and relax your body. Each class will end with a guided meditative relaxation. Suitable for beginners and continuing students. Chairs will be available.

Great for all fitness levels and ages. Redressing unbalances and altering movement patterns bring your body back into balance. This intensive mat workout enhances posture, flexibility, endurance and balance while toning and firming your powerhouse (core). Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat.
MEETS: T/Th, 9–9:55 am                   

A pilates based fitness class with Barre movements to strengthen your core, challenge your balance, lift your heart rate and sculpt your body. Light weights and resistance bands will be used for an overall challenging workout.
MEETS: T/Th, 8–8:45 am

This class follows the principles of Joseph Pilates to gain strength vitality, stamina, and grace to enhance a positive mental attitude. A great way to relieve stress.
MEETS: T/Th, 5:30–6:25 pm

Progressive sequences and holding postures to challenge your entire body and mind. A calming class to find personal balance and focus for all levels of ability. This class will have soothing music to create a calm atmosphere. Quiet voices please when entering the room.
Please be on time for yoga and honor the needs of every one in the class. If you more than 5 minutes late, you will not be allowed to participate.

A class of free flowing sequences incorporating yoga poses, breath and invigorating movement; some yoga experience helpful, but not necessary. Please bring a mat, a folded blanket to lie on, and water bottle.

Designed to focus on the breath, incorporating stretching, modified postures and simple meditations. Appropriate for beginners and those continuing as seasoned beginners. Please bring a mat, a folded blanket to lie on, and water bottle.
MEETS: Tuesdays, 9:15–10:30 am (not offered in the summer) and Wednesdays, 6:30–7:45 pm (offered year round)
