No previous experience required! Dance to exciting dance grooves, Latin and old-fashioned rock-n-roll for full-body toning and a great cardio workout! Improve your flexibility, coordination and cardiovascular strength with easy-to-learn routines. In order to learn the routines, we suggest that you attend the first 3 weeks with the same instructor. Class size may be limited, for your safety, due to the room size.

Latin-inspired, dance fitness class that incorporates high energy & motivating music. Simple to follow cardio-based moves & rhythms will be used to create a class that targets the heart & tones the total body. Be prepared to burn calories & fat, sweat a lot & have a blast. Everyone can do it & dance experience is not necessary.

Combines targeted body-sculpting exercises & high-energy cardio work w/Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm & tone all your target zones, including arms, abs & thighs. Zumba Toning sticks will be available for use OR purchase. Please wear smooth bottom shoes to protect your knees.
